A typical conversation with my parents
Dad: Oh, we finally got your car fixed. It got kind of expensive so this'll be the last time we drop money into it.
Me: [laugh] Yeah. At this point, if it breaks down again, it'd just be easier to get a new used car.
Stepmom: [chiming in for no reason] Well, you had an opportunity to get a used car but you didn't want the Civic because you didn't want to learn stick!
Me: Sigh...
The moral of this story is that my stepmom is a colossal bitch.
